Be An NSAC Exhibitor
This conference hosted by the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) and the Texas Association Against Sexual Assault(TAASA), provides an excellent opportunity for your organization or business to promote your services and products to an anticipated 1,500 conference participants from across the country. Space is limited, apply below!
All exhibit applications are due April 7, 2017 and must be reviewed/approved in advance. Applicants will be notified by April 14, 2017. Upon approval, you will receive an emailed confirmation letter and an invoice for payment. In addition, you will receive an exhibitor packet containing detailed information including your booth assignment, exhibit area floor plan, a listing of optional audio/visual rental services, and other resource information to assist you.
THE EXHIBIT AREA
The exhibit area is located centrally and will have heavy traffic. The exhibitor area is:
- Air conditioned and carpeted
- Located near main ballroom and breakout session rooms
- Near the location of NSAC registration
- Located in area where breaks will occur

EXHIBITOR IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
All persons working in the Exhibit Area must wear a conference badge at all times. All exhibitors will receive two “Exhibit Area Only” badges.
Exhibitors may sell merchandise from booths during the exhibit hours of the conference. The conference center prohibits the sale of alcohol, food, beverage or tobacco products.
All exhibitors are responsible for the items in their assigned space. Exhibitors can request to lock their items in the TAASA Staff Room.
TAASA reserves the right to relocate any exhibit and/or restrict exhibitors with respect to methods of operation and display. If, for any reason, an exhibit is deemed objectionable, the exhibit will be removed.
If you wish to cancel your registration as an exhibitor for NSAC 2017, you must submit your cancellation request to: email@example.com by noon on April 30, 2017. A full refund (minus a $100 administrative fee) will be issued 4-6 weeks after the conference ends. Requests to cancel registration as an exhibitor after April 30, 2017 will not be refunded.
